Cancelling parts of my package

I'm trying to cancel the Sky Q and Ultimate on Demand package as I cannot afford these any longer. When I try to cancel via the website I am told to call Sky to do so, but when I try to call I get a message saying I can only speak to somebody if I fall into the vulnerable categories. I really need to save the money on these packages, but do not fall into that category. How can I cancel them?

Can’t pay my bill in full and can’t get in touch

Hi I'm fuming been trying to get through to sky for hours need to pay my bill can't pay it all and can't get through to them there is no way of emailing can someone help me I'm so stressed 😥

Need more time

Hi I have tried calling today about my bill. I am self employed and currently struggling with work and need more time to pay my sky bill.

Late payment

Hi I'm just wondering if you can help me I've tried to call the customer service.. my bill is due today 28th march but with what's happening I'm off currently off work and I'm not getting any money in will I get cut off if I dont pay my bill this month but pay double next month

Bills and overcharged

Only been back with Sky for 2 months and had 2 problems once where they have taken double payment and now where they have over charged by £50 with no explanation to why im being charged more than what my monthly agreement is.

Taken money out for no reason

£50 was taken out for no reason and I can't speak to anyone due to current crisis however, this is no acceptable. 
Also I cannot downgrade any packages on the sky app

@Peytonsmummy2 currently there are very limited options but if you miss a payment you will have your services suspended. If you read the message from Sky at the start of this thread you will seewhst Sky are sdvising.

Sky credited by account but every month it isn't added! I can't get in touch with them to ask as it cuts off and it's expensive to keep calling!!

Calling is the only way to do this I'm afraid but due to the pandemic the phones lines to Sky are really busy.

Increased in direct debit

Over the last 3mths my bill has increased by £11 to £60 so I want to cancel the whole thing but can't get through, why has sky only got options to increase and add to package but can't decrease this is the worst service in this already horrendous time sort it out sky
