I believe that's Sky's normal practice when the next bill is due in only a few days time, to avoid un-suspending your service and then possibly re-suspending it again only a few days later if the next bill isn't paid.

Hi,

I'd like to add kids @£5 a month so my partner can get some of his work completed whilst I'm out at work. We currently have the original package plus the Black Friday cinema monthly £5.50 deal making our package £33. With kids added it should be £38 but it shows £49. I daren't click the purchase button in case my subscription doesn't adjust accordingly.

Account errors!

Hi, I have recently recontracted to sky q but in doing so a random £50 charge for a Sky q mini box has been added to my account (I don’t have a mini box and I already had sky q).   Not to mention the price rise that they told me was included in my quote but actually isn’t! I’m about 10days in to the 14day cooling off period so I’m worried I won’t be able to cancel if these charges are correct. Please could you advise?

Incorrect charges

I spoke with someone early March to change my plan and reduce costs and my bill is going up not down. What am I supposed to do now as money is even tighter. I have also frozen sky sports and my bill is higher so every time I change something my bills get more expensive.

Reinstating my services

I have been trying for he past two so days to get through on 150 number the other number has the same automated message in which they both hang up after the message not giving me w chance to queue I’m prepared to queue for the 1 to 2 hours as it says if it would just put me through to the queue I’m trying to reinstate my services I had an overdue bill which I have now fully paid it doesn’t have any options online for reinstating my services only by call but I can’t seem to get through at all I’ve tried calling over and over again no luck at all it hangs up straight away

Sky billing overcharging

I planned to have SkyQ Installed but when they arrived SkyQ wasnt available in my area, so I got sky+ and the installation men said they can get me Sky boxers for free so my sky package would be 15 a month and no extra costs for the box sets, I have looked at my bill and it is 25 why isn't not 15 like the said ?

 Nobody here has the access to your billing needed to be able to tell you. What does your bill say you're being charged for?

It says sky signature for 25 but the installation men said 15 and they were able to get me free boxsets which I think they might of lied to get me to sign up to them, I have 1 of there names aswel

I'm afraid you'll need to speak directly to Sky about it.

Can’t make payment

I can't make my next payment due to being on lockdown and don't want any missed payments being registered on my credit file. What do I do?

Hi @Lucas1988  All that I can suggest is that you try and call SKY, as nobody on this customer only community can help with account queries!
