Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky's COVID-19 concessions don't currently include payment breaks. At the moment they're accepting calls only from keyworkers and the vulnerable, like many other providers, so it's a matter,of waiting until they resume taking account related calls.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky shouldn't be cutting off your phone calls to them. There is, however, a long queue, so people are having to wait a long time.
Be patient and you should get through on either messenger or the phone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreEmail isn't really the right way to get through on this kind of issue - Sky won't be able to confirm your identity that way, and won't be able to progress your request.
The best ways are either by phone or by Facebook messenger. I know the queues are long, but you'll get through eventually.

Hi there @Chloe-W22
Who can I speak to about my bill? Our contract is coming to an end and the price is hiking up by just under £30 per month! That is extortionate and we can be offered much less price for much more with another provider. I am a key worker and am trying to keep control of my finances and home responsibilities too. Not being able to speak with Sky about my account and what can be offered doesn't give me much choice in leaving for another provider who appears to have a better offer right now.
I appreciate this is a challenging time for so many people and companies but I have just 3 weeks notice to sort this out and potentially review our options with other providers before the increased payments begin.
Thanks

We aren't able to discuss specific accounts on the Sky Community. If you are having an issue paying your bill, you will need to call Sky and and speak to one of our accessibility team advisers.

So I have an outstanding bill on my account - which on this crisis I'm sure many have struggled to make payments to many things - I paid £20 yesterday as it gave me the choice to clear it on a payment plan - now we are self isolating for 12 weeks as my daughter is asthmatic so we do the vulnerable category - however can't speak to anyone online to explain my situation and I've received an email today saying I will have all my services stopped and removed and will have to return anything of sky's back - I don't [removed]want this I just wanna talk to someone to tell them I will get it cleared - I can't even get out to get the money to pay it off - 😠 it's a stressful time as it is let alone having the thought of literally having no broadband or anything - there is no option to talk to anyone it's [removed] stupid

How long after recieving the missed payment email do I have until my services get suspended? Due to the current situation of most of the world, my wages have been delayed so I can’t pay my bill till the 7th April, I recieved the missed payment email on Monday 23rd March. I’m hoping due to the current situation they won’t cut me off? Been trying to get on online chat since Monday (now Friday) as I don’t have a phone so can’t call in.

Hi. I'm a self employed mum to 3 children. I am currently unable to work due to the covid-19 crisis. My sky bill is due and I am unable to make the payment due to zero income. Does anyone know what I can do? Sky provide my tv & broadband and i cannot bare the thought of being cut off from my services whilst having the children home from school. Does anybody know what I can do? Thankyou In advance.
