every where else is freezing everything but sky  sent out update on bill going up nealy whole **bleep**ry not working as they are home it more inportant to keep service going as we need up date and tv and internet.  like witherspoon big boss dont seem to care. i to have tried to contract sky was told they have no plan in place it be a couplre off weeks for them to set up. think company that do not help will lose out as when up running again they will go else where.

unlike other place they have email and chat so u can give out a messege. as you asking eery one to phone that silly

@SMG.85 it is unfortunate timing because of the crisis. Sky will not be in a position to help,you until things go back to normal. Of course you can try to switch but I think you will find every other company are in similar positions unfortunately.

 

I certainly would not recommend moving your broadband at the moment if that is part of your package, I have answered loads of posts from people who have been left with no servicecas Openreach struggles to keep up.

When I phone the automated answer says Sky is unable to take any calls relating to billing and payments. 
Please advise how I can't get in touch with someone to discuss the current situation

Monthly payments re corona virus

What's in place for customers that can not work due to Coronavirus.  So therefore cannot paythere bills

My sky was suspended

My sky was suspended due to non payment I have paid and spoke to someone set up new direct debit and it was meant to be turned back on it has not been now I can’t speak to anyone when I ring sky

@Chrisee  Thank you for your reply.  I won't be changing while this is happening for the exact reasons you state but I most certainly will be looking into it when it's over.  Disgusting customer service to dump that on people and then not even deal with the fall out.  We will pay the new fee as we have no choice until they resume normal service.  I am appalled and hope that they will restore my faith after 30+ years of loyalty.

@David251186 when did you pay as itvtakes a couple of days to reach Sky and then sometime for your account to be reactivated.

@David251186  It takes a while to process payments and then reinstate the service. As a first step I would check your bank to see if the payment has been made and not sitting in pending also look at your Sky account to see what it says.
