Hi,

 

I have followed your COVID-19 support and as soon as I get to the end it says my basket has timed out and ask me to go back to the beginning. Please advise.

Hi I have paused my sky sports package because of the covid 19 outbreak and noticed my bills have changed this month is £11 next month £44 then it rises to £72 thereafter what are the reasons for this.

You will need to ask Sky by phoning them. This is a customer to customer forum, we are not Sky and no one here has access to your account.

i wont be able to pay my bill on the 25th april. but will be able to pay infull in may. ie make 2 payments that include april and mays bill. i have just started working and get paid monthly.

Hello,

we have signed into our sky and paused our sky sports package, and we still seem to be being charged for this?

we have tried to call up and speak to someone (i am a key worker), but still unable to get through to anyone, it just says you cant help and disconnects?

please can you contact us to sort this?

Hi we have had the same problem I am a disabled man and my son is a key worker who lives with us

Hi sky have charged me for my old hub which I sent back and also my boardband equipment that I'm still using as I haven't ended my internet contract just my TV. 
there is nobody able to speak to me about this as nobody can talk about billing. 

any help on how to change this would be great

@SophieGal  Unfortunately Sky often send out generic letters which list everything except the kitchen sink.

@bob1234 I got an email about it but I sent the sky Q box back at the end of March,  and they have charged me for the sky q box and also my boardband hub which I'm still using. Trying to speak to someone about this is ridiculous as there isn't even a customer service email you can write to. I don't want my service to be suspended due to their error and have to pay this stupid amount while I've currently been furloughed. It's annoying

@SophieGal  There is an email address in the T&Cs, how fast they answer this I don't know.

You could try this Customer complaints link, I don't know if the number given is the standard one, just hold on and ignore the recorded messages.

Mobile bill is 52.00 something I have just paid 26. 11 so next months bill is only 15.72 something like that when add together is only 41.43 approx can't understand why please check money is very tight at the mo

I am very saddened that having been a sky customer for many years, having now being overcharged, you are telling people to go away at the moment.

the people I have dealt with have always been on a phone, so can work from home.

seeing some of the reasons why people are trying to contact sky, unable to do so because accounts queries have been closed down for now, has quite upset me that they have had to come to a forum page for help. Sky you should be ashamed.

i would query now that having been a customer for many years , when we come out if this I would dispute that you can hold me to any contract , and any penalties, and I may leave a company, where despite large profits, customers during this time have no redress when overcharged, adding to your profits.

you maybe losing this customer when this is over.
