You pay it as normal. Coved-19 is not a free bill pass.

Self isolation

Hello I'm currently in self isolation struggling to pay everything and cannot get hold of a sky member!

Re: Self isolation

Good morning @Lauren183

I hope you're OK during these bizarre times! I've been locked up all weekend and it's driving me

crazy!

The queues are super busy at the moment, but you will get though if you're willing to hold on.

As far as I'm aware, billing is business as usual so I would recommend maybe reducing your package to help you out to lighten that load a little.

Re: Reducing my tv package

@Cakelover74

If your bill is going up and up, I suspect you haven't renewed your package for a very long time. Best thing is not to remove packages but to renegotiate another 18 month contract - you'll get a much better deal of you two then you want to do that.

The queues on the Sky call centre won't get any less so I suggest you keep holding, if they allow you to get that far in the call menu.

Or try Twitter or Facebook.

@Pamela+walls

Have you tried using a different web browser or tried using the MySky app ?

Re: am I paying too much, Sky bill

@alistair.mck

Yes, you should be able to knock at least £40 off that if you recontract with Sky for 18 months. Unfortunately, it's tricky to get through on the phone at the moment but you'll not get this online.

Hi,  I got Sky Q 2TB and 1 mini, I'm only just after recontracting for 18 months.

Many Thanks

Great, then we're in agreement.

Re: am I paying too much, Sky bill

So the consensus is that you get Sky world (everything including Netflix) minis, telephone with unlimited calls and broadband. You then add in Spotify, Disney+ and BT sports for £120. In my view not a chance
