Sure they do, as confirmed by numerois posts here. Glad you got an emailed response, though.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you bill is overdue then I'm afraid I'm not sure there is much Sky can do if you are now late in paying it. If this isn't due just yet then give Sky a call to see if they can help you.

I have BB unlimited, no TV, and have been paying £24 per month. The 18 month contract is due to expire and I'm suddenly being charged an extra £10 a month for sky+ subscription. What is that? I've just renewed my BB which starts tomorrow but looking at future bills this £10 is still showing. Can't speak to anyone, website is no good so posting on here to see if someone can help?

Hi
I called in March to cancel my Sky Sports subsription but this wasn't done and I've been billed every month since then for it.
I can't call as you're not taking calls so how can I resolve this?

i all I would like to know is why my bill went from £60 a month up to March, down to suspending Sky Sports while the Lockdown was happening and is now at £76 a month. What parts of the bill went up and what if anything i can do to get back down to nearer that £60 PM.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your bill was £60 when you were not paying for Sky Sports then as everybody is now paying for it again this is why you are now being billed £76. To see if you can save money you would need to give Sky a call.

Hi, @caesarome
Thanks for replying but the thing is I did have Sky Sports before Lockdown when I was paying £60, it only stopped during when Sky suspended it themselves because there was no sport, so not sure what else it could be.
I've been a Sky customer a while and I've never had such a steep rise from one month to the next.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnless you mean the live sport, Sky did not suspended the Sky Sports package themselves as you had to pause paying for it so I still think this is something to do with that. Have you looked at your previous online bills to see if you can spot what has increased and why:

Hi, yes pause paying for it that's what I meant, I haven't really checked my bill against past months so I will do that. Still a rise of that much would seem like a big jump to me.

I was told I could pay last month bill to get reinstated before the 10th but it’s still charging me double?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you last bill is outstanding then you would need to pay it along with your next one if this is what you mean by being charged double.
