Sky, during these times we are in, i dont expect the less from the millions of customers you have in your arsenal and for you to take the advantage and be ruthless.  I have tried in so many weeks to speak to a human and its seems, a no go area...are you guys Gods or something?  why should i pay my bill first before i can speak to someone in regards to my bill?  you are mainly sole satelite providers in the UK and still, you treat customers such as myself , that have been with sky for a lot amount of years to be treated the way you do, is rude and disheartening.

you need to treat your customers with respect, understanding and stop with the ill ways of dont pay, you get cut off without know ones situations.   these times we are in, is difficult.

@chuka Sky's payment systems are automated and if you don't pay your bill your services will simply be suspended.

 

Although they're prioritising keyworkers etc, Sky are taking calls from others too.. Just wait on the line without responding to the recorded message and when the bot asks why you're calling, say you'd like to speak to an adviser. There are numerous posts from customers who have done so successfully. Don't say anything account or bill or subscription related as the bot will simply refer you to the website.

I understand that right now you are not accepting calls from anyone other than vulnerable people or keyworkers. My sky bill is incorrect and I have been paying too much for the last two months. Next month is the same.  If I am unable to contact you by telephone how can I have this looked at and adjusted accordingly. I am unable to contact you directly by email either as no facility is available. Thanks

Me too in the same boat. They have cut my tv off and about to do the internet. 

 

I have to isolate and cannot pay anything until the 15th. Have tried numerous times to get through but today I think im on hold to speak to someone....

Call customer service number - you have to be affected by covid directly or an nhs worker - go through to payments - set up bank account for regular monthly payment and then it takes you to pay your current outstanding balance and asks you to enter your cards details.

If you keep entering them wrong you get directed to someone to speak to..... I think....I'm on hold now for a advisor and it's been 14mins the entire call so far....

Fingers crossed - on mobile so will cost me a small fortune - who's paying that bill???!!!

@Brucy80, Pause option for BT sport through Sky came out much later. I get BT sports direct and that was easy to pause

I was hard trying to pause the sky sports kept saying failed then about 3 weeks ago I received a message from sky saying we won't be charge but will still see it on my bill but they definitely took the £25 this month
