Re: How to Reinstate as no one to answer phone iv payed bill
@1234+natalie I'm afraid you'll need to keep trying, early morning or later in the evening may be best. In this situation the forum are not able to help other than what's been advised to you.

Normally service is restored within 24 hours of payment being Made. I assume when you paid they spoke with you?. If you posted the payment, there may well be a delay

Re: am I paying too much, Sky bill
@Paulonthetelly wrote:@best+of+the+best , no criticism allowed. I have paused BT sport and they give the option of a donation to the NHS. Online andcrealky easy... unlike Sky. I think the Disney debacle says everything. Exclusive deal that you cannot even subscribe too, does not give UHD.. Sky are good for some things. All criticism is good otherwise someone thinks you work for Sky or getting subsidised subscription.
@Paulonthetelly Yes I get a subsidised subcription it's called in contract discounts available to new and old customers when re contracting for 18 months or in my case Black Friday deals 2019 from sky
Sky Entertainment £24.00
Ultimate on Demand £6.00
Sky Q Multiroom £14.00
Sky Cinema £6.00
Sky Sports £13.00 free as paused
Sky Sports HD £6.00 free as paused
Sky HD £3.00
Sky BB £32.00

Re: Contract for tv package ending
I am housebound due to being high risk away from home!!!!
I want to suspend my TV package because why would I want to pay for a service I cannot use? Sky go is ok except why would I wa t to watch a film on a tiny phone screen or my laptop????
I am happy to transfer my subscription abd pay for it on another sky bill???
Your assistant on the phone was patronising, rude and sarcastic!!!

Hi does anyone know how to defer sky q subscription online? Mine terminates in April and unless I cancel or renew my bill will double. I can’t call through as lines are jammed due to the covid-19 response
cheers

Have cancelled my subscrition to SkyTV but want to stop & continue with Sky.
My father in law has cancelled his Sky TV subscription but has changed his mind & wants to continue. Can't contact call centre due to C19 & can't see how to amend when log on on-line.
Any advice please.

Re: am I paying too much, Sky bill
@best+of+the+best , not far off what I pay. I was paying close to £160 for this 3 years ago. I am content. I pay close to £119 but includes a football club premium too

Re: Deferring sky tv subscription
You can't defer. You can just renew which would be your best financial move, as you're bound to get a good deal for the next 18 months, or cancel. You can't take a payment holiday.
Try Facebook or Twitter if you can't get through on the phone.

@Rachael+B I'm sorry to hear of your experience on the phone, sadly ther forum cannot action your request as any account sdpecific queries can only be done over the phone.
Your not talking directly to Sky, we are all customers here like you, any Sky staff in the forum don't have access to any accounts.
