For your information, Sky Go is tied to the TV service and cannot be obtained separately, you would need something like NowTV to replace Sky Go

Hi @Samsky81 We are all Sky customers here so no-one has access to your account does it tell you what the £15.00 is for maybe it's to do with the Sky Q install.

But cancelling your DD does not achieve anything it will only result in your Sky Q install being delayed

If you haven't done it already then you need to pause it yourself @gooners16  and you can do that via this link:

It will start on the date you do it but if you next bill has already been raised to pay it will not appear on it until the following month.

@best+of+the+best  It looks like they are charging me full price and have took the discounts off. I have tried to contact them and all i got was because of reduced staffing they are not answering any calls about billing.. so what else am i meant to do.. at least if they send me an email saying who to contact reguarding my cancelled dd then i can sort then... its an absolute joke

You're talking mainly to customers here. Sky won't contact you, either in response to your post here, or when your bill is unpaid. They'll simply suspend your services and eventually will commence recovery procedures.

 

You best bet is to persevere with contacting them direct.

Oh dear best of the best treforum.

Point 1 not out of contract

Point 2 sky q waiting to return equipment.

Why so judgemental sky have created this issue with mission statement  covid 19 looking after vulnerable  and key  workers. Also how could it be my fault if they cut me off when direct  debit  not due until 1/4 my account upto date thank you I also am very fortunate not to have any debt.maybe you should not be so judgemental when you do not have the individual facts .

Hello. My TV package has changed. I can't get sky cinema any more.

I have just got a sky q box with sky cinema as a vip member but now I no longer have access to the cinema. I have also been asked to re register as a vip member. I don't know what went on with my account.

@1234+natalie   If it hasn't been reinstated then you will have to phone Sky and remain on the phone until after the covid 19 message ends, there will be long wait times.  The forum is not able to deal with any account related queries.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

So you don't need any support with your Sky bills or any other bills which is the point of this thread.

if i leave any money in my account they will take it out.  i cant let them do that as my money mayonly be for a month or 2 after that i dont know if i get more need to keep payinh rent uittlys. i phone them they said they get back to me but that no hope. so what am i spose to do i cant pay my bill is now 137  month with there increase up 20  so  what can i do  if i pay 1 person  then i have to pay i have 500 in debt i paying off.
