Sky Contract

How do I sort out my Sky contract if they aren't accepting calls or other contact at the moment?

 

My bill is set to go through the roof in 30 days unless I recontract.  Seems some companies are going to use this current situation to rip off customers.

Hi. Due to the virus I am not working at the moment, is there a chance my bill could be reduced by a bit for next couple of months at all? Very difficult times at the moment as I'm sure we all are finding it that way

Payment

Hello can anyone help me out. My direct debit failed because I couldn't get to the building society to put some money into my current account. I paid it two days later via debit card online a few hours later I recieved an email stating we will re collect the payment on the 4th next month, will sky try and collect it again even though my account is now clear

When a failed direct debit fails Sky will try to take the payment again as they said in their email to you. What will happen as you have paid for it yourself is that on next months bill there will be a credit for the amount has been overpaid this month so next month the credit will be used to pay the bill.

Hi there,

As someone who has made changes recently, i checked my bills going forward once it was updated with the new information to find Sky has billed me for my cancelled  services and then credited me for it in the bill the month after. Dont know if that helps.

They won't help you unfortunately. They are absolutely awful! I was made redundant a few weeks ago without notice so had no money to pay Sky. They cut me off 2 weeks after the payment was due and now (yes 3 weeks on) are threatening me with legal action and all sorts of penalties. They are so insensitive to what's going on greedy parasites!!

Can a sky worker tell me how I go about changing my bill date need to pay the bill on the 6th april not the 2nd april needs changing for me or I will loose my services is this possible thankyou

Financial assistance due to covid-19

You can do that here:

 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-date

 

But be aware that as bills are generated 14 days before payment is due if you change the date here there is a chance that the payment might still be taken on the 2nd April, I'm not sure or not if this would happen but there is a chance it might.

Difficulty in making payments due to COVID-19

Hi can someone help me here how do I go by getting help with payments to my sky subscription I've been self isolated for 2 weeks and havent been able to go to work I'm self employed and noway of making payments need urgent help here thankyou
