Hit that and choose 'Unsubscribe'

My sky stream Remote control  completely NOT responsive at all , spend last few hours on all the solutions , no response from sky either

Got my box only  few days ago

Cancel your subscription Zuby and send the kit back free of charge.

Call Sky and ask for the cancellations dept, usually no or very little waiting.

Sky have admitted it is caused by faulty Remote controls, poor manufacturing.

Have a look at the thread titled "Got that intermittent faulty remote problem? Try this - CAREFULLY!"

I managed to find the cause in my own remote and fix it permanently.  If you look carefully it is pretty obvious what is happening to cause it.  I'm sure most people could get round the issue by applying this.

Just went to change channel land nothing completely dead changed the batteries twice with new ones still dead

Just gave the remote a slight twist with both hands,now working again

Try pulling the positive end of the battery connectors up a little you will probably find it works fine. The problem appears to be bad connection with the batteries. Several people have suggested the same thing. It worked for my remotes.

my sky puck remote consistently isn't working. I've replaced the batteries and tried pressing 7 and 9 then 4 and 6 then 1 and 3 but not working

My puck remote arrived at my mail box but will not allow me to set up my puck. The remote does not even have any backlight even after changing batteries.

Kindly assist me as my billing will begin regarding of whether I have activated my device or not.

Had sky stream for about three weeks now, remote has shown it's battery levels are low. Changed two new Kodak batteries, worked for one second and stopped, no light on remote, nothing. Batteries are good. More dodgy Sky products, sounds like a common fault on the threads. Sent 3 Glass back before cancelling, due to issues with the sets. Phoning Sky in the morning, I thought this would have been a good product.

so ive just got my sky glass and i am connecting my remote. however it is going back and forth with the connecting your remote and your remote is not connected. i have unplugged by the mains. tried again. unplugged by the mains and my router. still not working. 

tried connecting a different remote it connected then i went to the home page and then it went to the connecting your remote screen when i never pressed 1 & 3 

Please can someone help. 

I JUST WANT TO WATCH TV IN BED!
