Ok, I don't have the list for Glass, but it currently looks like it doesn't match Sky Q as there are some anomalies as we've found 🙂

@Cornishrattler  Ah yes you're right. It's only a tv at the end of the day, a tv that doesn't work properly. Already ordered myself a new one, that will more than likely work out of the box. Can't be bothered being a tester for sky any longer.

Not sure how happy my wife was s with the 55" Sky Glass that arrived last Saturday.

with stable 30Meg download we keep having stuttering pictures that then go back 5 seconds and start again.

Also have had to unplug both the TV and the puck to get them to start working again.

Unless there's a software update soon it'll be going back I think.

I'm in exactly the same boat. Streaming works great, love the picture and sound, but live TV is a nightmare. I don't understand how I can watch UHD content on Netflix but it can't cope with BBC Breakfast in the morning. I'm desperately hoping this can be fixed by an update, but not keeping it beyond the 31 day cooling off period if it doesn't improve

hi i am new to this thread i got glass white 55 inch on tuesday 26/10 after a delay at there warehouse should of been delivered sat 23/10 so as u can imagine i was not happy but hey ho. I have had a few issues as mentioned uhd been dark and flickering also keeps disconnecting from broadband also sky broadband. I hope i receive some update rang sky today 29/10 and was told i was on the most recent software update 🤪just hope i can get these issues sorted

@cpl78 @Please let sky know about your issues. We need everyone to let them know, the more people do this, the issue will be prioritised at their 'Glass launch control centre " as I have found

You don't any software upates tend to be rolled out in batches.

@Sonia666 afraid you don't Sky have already sent it out to some people to test if there are no problems with it it will be released soon to everyone.
