Slow wifi connection

Ive paif the extra 5£ a month for better wifi.

 

I'm sepeeated by one floor of timber construction and am having to type thus using my 3g

 

I'm new to sky, this seems ecceptionally poor wifi coverage when compared to my previous supplier (ee)

 

Really frustrated 

 

What range do others get?

@Gopher1234 wifi coverage between floors can be difficult as routers are designed with aerials prioritising horizontal coverage. If you have the boost bundle talk to Sky about either getting an engineer out to help,troublecshoot or at least to get a booster. There are steps you can take yourself see Sky Help - Slow wifi
