No internet
No wifi for a few days . Have done everything ref resets, turning off etc can't check signal through app being told test not available. 2 lights on on the box middle one not on ( internet)
Who do I contact? Sky seem impossible to get in touch with! Really annoying!

@Madeline+Doyle If you end up having to contact Sky - if you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk you can dial free on 150, otherwise you can contact Sky through this link. The ‘Need More Help’ at the bottom of the page will provide a 0333 phone number.

Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter.

You will need to contact sky on 150 from your landline and persevere

I don't know what superusers are about to escalate and hopefully escalation works in ROI these days
@Highlinder can cases be escalated to sky Ireland these days. Part of the Kildare outage over last few days. No landline.

@Highlinder The work 9am-4.30pm monday - Friday.
If its anything account/billing, TV tech or general queries, our UK team can still help but BB/Landline we can't. On the weekend/after hours we will still send the invite to customers and just send the case to the ROI teams to pick up. So keep sending the escalations regardless of time, we will just triage them in our team 🙂

Still nothing from Sky about my internet. Just a message about someone will be in touch, how king does this usually take. No internet now 4 days .

As far as i know the chat session and email invite are valid for 48 hours
