One of two pucks regularly fails to switch on. I have updated the software and this was ok for a couple of weeks but I am having the same issue again. I originally asked for a replacement that was refused. I cannot continue with this issue and demand a replacement.

@14pg Do a search through the forum. It's an ongoing issue. You'll find a bunch of things to try to get it working for you, but my advice would be to hardwire where you can as Puck Wi-Fi performance is pretty awful for many.

If I were you I'd be calling Sky and demanding a replacement puck and a refund for the Whole Home subscription due to them not providing you with equipment capable enough of using the service.
The pucks in their current form are far too unstable for many people.

@14pg Sadly you will have to grin and bare it, or pursue them until they replace it.
Does it turn on sometimes or is it always ?
Or you could try re-pairing your remote on the puck to see if that changes anything.

Sadly I had the same issue and gave up in the end and cancelled whole home, may re-look at it when it's more stable.

Thank you a replacement is the only solution else I will have to cancel glass and go back to Q.

@14pg Keep us updated be interested to see if they replace it and it improves, if that's the case I may do the same thing as my Puck was literally awful.
