SkyQ Signature and UHD

Good Afternoon All.

Can I have some advice please.

Recently I re upgraded and was moved from my current package to the new SkyQ Signature option.

Before I upgraded I was able to view UHD films in the Sky Cinema section.

Now when I choose a film I was able to watch in UHD previously I now see the selection declined and a pop up saying I have to upgrade my package.

Sky are saying they can only add UHD if I also had HD package which is free for 3 months and then £8 a month.

Has anyone managed to get Sky to look at this backwards move ?

hi @BandOfBrothers2  did you have the multiscreen pack  with SKY entertainment package  ?

With the old Entertainment package it was Multiscreen pack addon that enabled UHD

Under SIgnature you need the separate UHD add on.

(BTW Multscreen pack becomes just Multiscreen under signature)

When you upgraded they should have discussed this !

I upgraded at the end of last year online & it automatically set me up with the UHD add on but I suspect some advisers are not aware of this

If you did have the multiscreen pack add on then get back on to SKY & tell them that it was this that enabled UHD for you

Thank you for your reply @nigea99

I phone through twice now and they refuse to add on the UHD add on you mention unless I also agree to HD which I would have to start paying for after 2 months free.

Whilst the HD pack is not an absolute requirement for the UHD pack they do often require them together - I admit I assumed you had the HD pack
