My box has been between 66-68% and it still had issues with downloading

There are people on Facebook posting they have problems, no-one offering much advice

I mentioned this site, 30 plus pages of people in the same position, got a scary face reply, so many others unaware of the size of the issue

Yes, it is scary, Sky are running the British Government in a close call for best cover up of 2021

Seriously, we are in second year of COVID, everyone's lives are different, some far more than others

A nice diversion of some decent tv would be great, but guess Sky do not give .............................

Sky revert to Sky Q160 at least it worked OK for some months. Wow, something that works OK, so let's change it to Q180 so customers can scroll their recordings horizontally instead of vertically and mess up many customers recording facilities, the customers will really appreciate that.

Trying to download the new show on Atlantic Landscapers. It won't download says cannot be played on this device. Watching on a mini box. Downloads on my sky q in other room. Is this a UHD issue with Mini boxes?

I've been trying for three days to get episode three of landscapers. Funnily enough I happened to try on mini and I got it

I got rid of multiroom because i was always having problems with it so i now only have the main Sky Q box and i can't download anything other than Sky Max. If i press to download 8/10 times in a row it will eventually download an episode then fail on the next so i then repeat the process. It's a pain in the **bleep** but better than nothing

@mike1944 the problem has nothing to do with the firmware update as

A that went out in early November and finished a few weeks ago

B the problem is affecting customers that use Sky HD + boxes which uses completely different software to Sky Q

Mini boxes have never been capable of UHD

If you have downloaded The Landscaprs on your main box in UHD and are trying to watch on the mini, it will not work as the mini will only play HD at best. If you are tryng to download from th mini, thebest you candownload is HD.

Having same problems but just wanted to log it on here so there is a record of how many customers are having issues. Been told by sky help to reset dns on all boxes (thats one sky q and three mini boxes for me) to 8888 but no change. Hope they find a fix as promised soon.
