I'm having problems with the Sky website once I've logged in. When I go to 'My Sky' I get an error message -
Bad Request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
I also get the same error message when I try to access 'My Messages'.
Don't know what to do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe first thing to try would be emptying your browser cache (cookies, history etc). If that doesn't help, try a different browser.

Thanks. Clearing cache didn't work but clearing history did. PS - good news as I only have Safari as a browser.

It's gone again. Clearing history/cache worked for 10 mins but now I've got the same 'Bad request' message on 'My Sky' and My messages on the website.
I also have a simialr problem on the My SKy Mobile App where I get a bank page when accessing 'My Messages there.
Doesn't this suggest there's a basic proble somewhere rather than cache/history/browser problems?

Is that different from clearing my desktop cache & history? Not sure how to do that.
However, that wouldn't cause my mobile Sky app problems, or would it?
Many thanks for your help.
