I'm unable to view my first sky bill. It was installed on the 27th and everytime I try to view the amount my first bill will be it doesn't show anything just explains that the bill will be higher then normal

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Could someone escalate for me too please , I'm having exactly the same problem . Need to view first bill all I'm getting is an explanation of first bills and a white blank screen . Stressing as I dont know the amount I need to pay . Many thanks
