Sky taking it upon theirself saying my setup will done remotely when i still need a line ran in... ?
New customer.
Sky taking it upon theirself emailing me saying my setup will done remotely when i still need a line ran in... ? i am unsure wether the open reach engineer will still come out on the day of the installation as the website states its still on but the email from sky says my setup will be remotely ? is there a number where i can speak to someone as i have already been gave about 5 phone numbers which are a pile of automated garbage ?

What option have you opted for ? Superfast or ultrafast. If you log onto your sky.com account go to broadband->your orders and check for any other work to be carried.

As an afterthought do you know if virgin media was in the house ? If you still need to contact sky due to no mastersocket you can contact them on 0333-7591-018

Dial 0333-759-1583, when calling, ignore the message at the beginning and stay on the phone as long as you can. If the system sends a text message and asks you to hang up, don't.
If asked for the reason of the call, just say speak to advisor or cancel, nothing else. Finally you should be put in the queue for an advisor.
