I try to buy or rent from sky and every time it's saying no I can't do it. I've phoned sky for the past ten films and they all ways say right that should do it now try. So I try and it works, for the past like ten films they keep saying there is no problem with my account and they fixed the problem. But I always have to phone to buy a film, any advice

The only advice is to ask Sky the next time you phone them if you credit (spending limit) hasn't been set to low because if it has then it could explain why you keep having this issue especially if the limit has been set a level that is lower than the cost of a rental.

sky when I've phoned them have always said it's not the credit limit, they have told me they don't know why it keep happening. However every time I do it by phone and they say right it should work fine from now on. It doesn't lol
