Taking the **bleep**

Trying to redeem my free movie and this ridiculous thing says I cannot buy anything. Please help.

It could be that your account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases so in this case you will need to contact Sky so they can enable it allowing you to select your free film.

Seems even when they take peoples security seriously.. People still don't like it..
