Have been trying to watch Sky Sports through the website for over a month now with no success. I have Sky sports on my virgin media package and am logging in through the Virgin Media customer link.
This worked fine up until a month ago when it suddenly stopped working. Now the player opens, tries to load for a few seconds and then closes by itself with no error message to say why.
I've tried reinstalling, clearing caches etc and seem issue over and over again. Will have to stop my subscription if I can no longer watch on a laptop as I am rarely at home to watch through the TV.
Laptop is running windows 10

Not helpful in the slightest mate.
This is an issue with SKY'S online player. I log in through SKY'S website. It is a SKY video player.
I pay a lot of money for SKY channels and I'm sure that SKY would take an interest in trying to resolve an issue when I can simply choose to cancel my SKY sports subscription next month.
Did I use the word 'SKY' enough?

That worked, thank you very much.
Had no idea those hidden files were there.
