Downloaded the Sky app, won't accept my postcode.

Hi, can anyone help. Just downloaded the Sky app onto my phone and it won't accept my postcode, says it's invalid. Been at this address 8 years! Obviously can't go any further with installation and probably need to ring Sky. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried entering it with no gaps in it or if this is what you did to leave a gap ?

Thanks for your response. Yes l have tried numerous times inputting with a space and without, the only thing l haven't done is  put it in lower case.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
