Sky rental movie not there

We rented a movie 2 days ago on our Sky Q box and watched the film. I went to watch it again today and I can't find it anywhere - says 'You have no rentals' - where could it be?!

With rental films from the Sky Store you have 7 days to start watching the film before it is removed from your box. Once you have started you have 48 hours to finish watching it before again it is removed so as you watched it 2 days ago it has been removed and you will need to rent and therefore pay for it again.
