Will movie rental expire while watching?

Rented a movie last night I know it only lasts 24hours and is due to expire tomorrow at 6:56 won't be starting to watch it till 6- will the movie cut out at 6:56?

I think you should be OK but after completeing the film you will not be able to view it again without renting it.
