Sky q freezes momentarily

Hi, when I'm watching tv using sky q, I'm getting random freezes on the screen where it goes black then flicks back on. It's mostly just a millisecond and then carry's on for a while and does it again. I've turned the box off and restarted it which solves the problem for short while but always comes back. Any ideas?
