Mine is. Website completely useless in resolving and says there are no known issues. When I ring up it says we are aware of an issue affecting broadband and says wait times to speak to someone are one hour. Would be far more useful if they could include this in the app as saying there are no known issues makes people think it's their equipment that has the issue.

My internet has been down since 1pm too. We are in Kent and website tests are "unavailable". Joke

@Simonrow  Have you called Sky?  Outages do happen regardless of who your with.

Yes I’ve called, an hours wait. If you look at their Twitter feed, hundreds of people are also reporting issues but sky just reply to "test connection" but the app says it's unavailable
