Hi All,
Advance apologies there might well be other posts in relation to the problem I am facing.
Pure and simple. Sky hub 4 had from day one when sky lunched there faster broadband. No problems. Very stable great connection device connection streaks could last months before the router would like to do its refresh. Would never notice. Past few days the hub its self would do what we would know as a power cycle but without any intervention this has been anything from 6 to 8 times a day there is no time it will just do it when it wants there is no warning. Called sky can not find anything after some battling new hub really dis think it would have been that. Still doing it! Called sky sending someone to visit to check set up for years its been the same nothing has changed. Has anyone had this found a solution? Sky can not visit for some weeks and I feel they will only come and visit and say oh its this and possibly that and still I face the same problem.
Any help info much appreciated.

Every image needs moderated . You can highlight the text and copy and paste. Ignore the invalid html bit it will reformat once you post

A simple copy and paste of text will do .
Amongst things that can cause that behaviour would be trouble trying to get a new dhcp lease thru to the router. This would happen regularly every half hour due to anything from faulty internal wiring thru to copper line issues between your house and the cabinet

I tried to copy and paste said that it was blocking it because it contains the same text and could contain personal information. I tried to shorten the text etc it was still not having any of it then it ban me for trying to post to many times.
Whats the way forward as say once sky send there tec out they say its not within my home I guess the route of an open reach eng sadly I did come across a few post on here with some people having what would appear the same as me but never did get to see the outcomes.

Ok best left alone. Someone will approve the image after 0800 this morning.
At that stage we'll advise. Sky define a line fault as either below the minimum speed guarantee or more than 10 drop outs thru out the day. Obviously if you're dropping 6-8 times that you're aware off there may be another 6-8 that you aren't aware off

OK look forward to seeing if anything what the problem is.
Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
