Sky go

Recently got sky installed and I'm trying to use sky go through my ps4 but keeps coming up with message saying you to have sky tv for this to work, however I have sky tv and I can watch sky go on my phone how do I resolve this

The message is probably saying that you need Sky Go Extra on your account, this is chargeable but is also free under certain circumstances so give Sky a call as they will be able to find out the best way to get it added to your account.
