hey just unstalled sky go on new macbook app works fine untill i click play then nothing happens tried reinstalling that didnt work
any help would be great thank you

Now try and play something and let us know how you get on.

I have a new MacBook pro M1 with the latest software updates, but my Sky Go app has stopped working. The app opens, it links to the Sky Q box, but all I get is a blue circle when I click on TV Guide or recordings. I have switched between beta and production, uninstalled the app and deleted all caches and reinstalled but not joy. I have reset my router and run all the diagnostics on it and it is working fine. Please Help!
