Sky Q will not load on iPhone whilst on 4G . Channel 4&5 will load but none of the sky channels why is this , the sky channels will load once it is connected to WiFi , but what good is this if your out and about wanting to watch something like F1 or football, needs sorting as I pay for a service which where not getting

What happens when you try to access those channels ?
