Sky glass Powers off during setup.

When setting up sky glass I choose the room I want and it powers off. Tried turning back on with TV power button and it takes me back complete circle, I have also tried reset using the power button. Can anyone please help?

When you selct the room and the screen goes blank hit the (home button) on the remote and it should work.
