2 bars on screen

I have received my Sky Glass TV and had no issues in setting it up but there are 2 bars that run down the screen affecting the colour, I spoke to sky who said that they are aware and well just to basically wait and see if it repairs. Has anyone else had this issue?

Try performing a full system reboot;

Switch off the power supply for 1 minute then switch back on.

 

This is a known software issue. If that doesnt resolve the issue then ask Sky for a replacement.

@jmcg46  It's what's known as banding, try turning the unit of at the mains for a few minutes and restarting
