Sky equipment return

Hi I returned my Sky equipment, but forgot to add the letter/form to the box. Can you confirm you have recieved it.

You'd need to call sky. They lose them at the best of times so just make sure you keep your proof of postage.

You should be able to track it with the proof of postage receipt you had. 

Also the boxes have a bar code which will tell us which account the equipment belongs to so you should be fine.
