Sky email not working

Oddly enough the problem only started once i installed the new of version Edge in February i forgot about that.

Opera works flawlessly but i would prefer to keep to one browser. I religiously clear my browsers after every shutdown so problem not there but thanks anyway.

Then why not make that one browser Opera? Is there something that makes Edge Chromium better?

Just what i am used to i guess, anyhow you mentioning about the new Edge update made me think because it only happened when it was updated so i looked into the add on extensions and i found that the  Surfing Protection & Ads Removal was set to on, switched that off and now all good, just something to look out for if anyone else having the same problem.

All you should need to do is to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of the usual password it uses, you can you can generate the 16 digit password here:

My sky yahoo mail page opens  correctly except the message page is blank but the side bar lists the number of emails in the inbox.

Try clearing your web browsers cache and then close the browser down before loading it up and trying again.

My sky/yahoo email via microsoft outlook 365 app has stopped working on my desktop now for a few weeks. However, its still working on my iPhone/iPad so I'm still getting me email to a fashion. I've had Microsoft on the case on 3 separate accasions but they have not been able yet to fix it. Each time they do a remote connection they can't access 'my yahoo mail' on the sky page?

What's going on at sky? I can never get through to them. @Mark39

@omj1  Nobody has reported it being down, I've just logged in via web browser and is working fine for me.

@omj1 what problem are you having? Any error message? Are ypu using a browser? Or an email app/client?
