My Sky WiFi dropped. I have tried EVERYTHING to restore it but no joy. How do I book an engineer? I cannot seem to speak to a human! And I work from home so this is urgent. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
