I cant log into my sky billing account

Why, what is happening ?

Have you try using the MysKy app to access your bills ?

Yes i have put why cant u pay ur bills on sky

As we are customers here you haven't explained what is happening when you login to your Sky account via this link:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

So do you get an error message or is it not loading ?
