Same. Engaged tone when dialling from different mobile networks but can dial out ok from the landline

Yes myne is doing exactly the same on the phone to sky now with over a 40 min wait hopefully some answers soon

Phone line

I have sky broadband and phone line,I can call out on the landline, but when you call into the home it's engaged ?any help much appreciated.

@Waterhall1  Can you make outgoing calls on your landline?  When  was it last working?

No incoming calls and call divert not working

From today I have no incoming calls and also my call divert is not working.  When people try to call me they say the number is engaged.  I am also supposed to get diverted calls to my mobile when my home phone is busy but this is not happeningn either.  I have tried all the suggestions online but it is still the same.  My telephone works through the broadband and is connected to my hub correctly.

Been told it could take a couple of days to fix this issue it looks like a lot of sky customers have the same problem seriously need to sort their stuff out

Just seen this in skys twitter page 

 

Due to essential maintenance, customers in the East area will experience an intermittent/complete loss of Fibre, Broadband & Talk services on 08/11/22 between 00:00 to 06:00. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused during this planned outage.

Callers report my landline is constantly engaged (via mobile), I have a dial tone, I can make calls.

My landline is constantly engaged, callers attempting to ring me have reported this to me via mobile, I have tried to ring my number using my mobile and is comes up as engaged. I have a dial tone and can make calls however.
