Think alot of people are having the same problem. Mines been like it for 48 hours and I just keep getting told they are reviewing it. Sat on the phone for 1hr and 20 mins the other day to be put thru to a sales advisor offering me a better sky package. Haven't resolved the issue as of yet! Its so bloody frustrating!

Hi iv had no problems with my sky , but today can only make outgoing calls, when anyone trying to call it's engaged tone ..

Same here. I told them I have that landline for a reason their reply was 

"We are working on resolving the issue"... 48 hours later I'm still waiting!

I also have the same problem can dial out but engaged tone with incoming calls

Had sky talk for years until lunchtime today all fine now can make calls but unable to receive.  Have tried rebooting router and unplugged all phone leave just one in the router (a different phone from the one that is normally there) still no calls.  Can anyone help?

i have exactly the same problem, done everything they say online but no help at all, my mum, who is 94 and lives about a mile from me has the same problem, really worrying in case she needs any help as she lives alone

I have this problem too, can make calls out but incoming calls get an engaged tone, restarted router, lights are all green, will it right itself or do I need to waste and hour or two on the oh one to sky 😞

Hi all,

I recently switched my broadband to Sky from BT, and (as the BT Digital Voice phones only work with BT routers) I tried connecting my old cordless phone base unit to the phone line connection in the Sky Hub.  That worked at first, but I had to unplug it to move a few things around, and now whenever anyone calls the landline number it is apparently 'engaged' - even though it isn't not in use.

I've tried re-booting the router but no joy - I can dial out but can't receive calls on the line.

Any suggestions?

voice out and internet are wirking normally.
