Now getting server unreachable error when dialing from mobile rather than an engaged tone

If you have Sky VOIP, previous posts suggest that it can be up to 24 hours before the phone service is fully activated. It may be worth you waiting until tomorrow, then restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so, to see if it resolves.

My landline phone will not accept incoming calls but will dial out
When someone calls my land line the phone gived the engaged tone, but I can dial out

landline incoming
I can dial out on landline but can't receive any calls.
When I ring from my moblie to my home landline I just get engaged tone.
please help

Exact same is happening here and I've just been told to check back in 48 hours to see if there is an update on the service. Not good enough. Paying for a service thay doesn't even work!

@Mark39 I've been getting told this for the last 48 hours with my landline... still not working. Shocking service to be honest

im currently having the same issue fibre broadband installed today was receiving incoming calls fine and now nothing, home phone will let me dial out not accept any incoming calls.
gobe through all the step by steps and everything looks fine
ive been on hold to sky for 20 mins now 😞

@Andy168 & @ALBIE125 The quickest way to get this resolved is to call Sky on your landline or mobile would be better just in case Sky wish to test the line and not able to call you back.
When you call you will be asked if this is about Sky mobile say " No ", you will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical ". You will then be asked for a mobile number give it if you are not already calling from your mobile, you will then be asked to hang up when you get the text " DO NOT HANG UP". You will then be asked do you wish to hang up say " No ", you will then be put into the queue to speak to an advisor.

Sky Talk -
I can make outgoing calls, but when ringing in, the phone line appears to be engaged, I'm not sure how long this has been the situation. turning the router off and on doesnt work.

Incoming calls not working
Had my broadband and phone for just over a week, all has been going good until today? For some reason no calls are coming through to the house phone, tried ringing off my own phone and there isn't even a dialing tone just completely quiet, although I can make calls off the house phone, just not able to receive them! It's not even ringing at all, been on hold to sky for over an hour! Someone please help me, I've undone everything and turned it off and on, nothing is working!
