So, I have my TV box installation set for tomorrow. I'm also supposed to be getting fibre Broadband, which doesn't look like it's possible due to our location (the team didn't say anything positive, they left while i was elsewhere about the house).
I'd like to talk to a agent to seek a way forward as I'm not getting it across to the excellent robo-lady.

Cheers @GD1, that did the trick. Broadband is still ongoing according the Sky office information (despite my SMS of a 7 day delay), so I'll just hang loose till the end of the day.
The virtual-lady does a good job of pressuring you to press a (any) button, I'll have to be more poker-face next time.
