Netflix

I have just updated our Sky Q package to include Netflix.  I already hold an account with Netflix direct, so I have cancelled my membership and want to start a new one through the sky package.  How do i do this?  If I log into Netflix on Sky, it just shows my old account details.

You need the Ultimate TV add-on which gives you Netflix in SD on one screen. 

If you have the HD pack on your account then you will get Netflix in HD on two screens. 

If you have UHD on your account then you will get Neflix in UHD on up to four screens. 

 

Give Sky a ring and ask what they can do for you - you may have to start a new 18 month contract by adding Netflix so make sure you are happy to do that.
