(You can't enable powerline on a Sky Q box. Their in-built powerline was removed a few years ago.)

Many thanks for the info.  I assume you also have the main Sky Q box also fitted to the powerline. This info gives me some hope of resolving the problem. I have a Sky engineer visiting on Saturday to install my 2TB Sky Q box which I should have had from the start. I will discuss with him. Regards  Atso
