Sky Q won’t connect to TV

Hi, my Sky Q box won't connect to my TV. The tele knows it is Sky Q as it says it instead of HDMI 1, therefore is connected, but no image is displayed. I've unplugged/switched off at mains several times and even swapped HDMI cable with another, but I won't work. How can I fix it? Thanks

Update - Spoken to the customer but we cannot proceed due to data protection. The customer will need to call in with the account holder present to verify the account further. Thanks 🙂

@Janexx1728 have you tried a different hdmi port to rule out a problem with the tv

This totally worked for me. Every few days my Sky Q says no signal even though switching it on was enough to auto swap to that HDMI. I've always had to pull the HDMI out and back in before it would find it but this does it instantly. Thank you 🙂

 

Though what is it actually telling the Sky Q when you do that?

I mean pressing Home 1080 Home worked for me btw
