Hi sky Q keeps saying technical fault probably every other time I turned on. I reset by turning off and leaving for 30 seconds and this occasionally works but the last couple won't even turn on. And have to reset three or four times before it works. Please can someone get in contact as we have only had sky Q since the 18th so am not very happy with service. Never had a problem with the hd+

Hi @Khanie
Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
Try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
Press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.
Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.
