Sky q mini box

Why does my sky q mini box during the night show the mr140 error until 5.50am

The time you mentioned suggests it's the standby mode that possibly needs changing. This link may help

@Daniel0210 Thank you so much for getting in touch with me. I have turned it off in the place you sent me too. Will it do it if I turn the mini box off myself in an evening.

Hi @Kelly19819   What do you mean by turning off? Putting it into Standby (which you should be doing) or turning it off at the plug.

@Kelly19819All your Q boxes need to have the same eco setting.

If you turn the box to standby orange light it does not effect the eco settings, do not turn the mains off the boxes are intended to be left on in standby so they can update overnight.
