Sky Q control from Amazon Fire TV Cube

I have just bought a Fire TV Cube and I can see that Sky Q is not available as a satellite option to control.  The closest is Sky HD but the channel mapping is different to Sky Q so you have to change the channel using the channel number.  I can see from Youtube that it used to be available.  Does anyone know what happened and whether there is a workaround?

Having the same issue - the cube runes to all the wrong channels, can't understand why Amazon doesn't have Sky Q as an option.

I also find that despite 37Mbps connection Amazon Music often reverts to standard quality (compressed) music instead of HD (CD quality).

Tried two cubes - both will be returned.

@Petetobin  @Jonny+J   The best bet is to ask Amazon as it is entirely up to them, I used to have one but it was very unreliable controlling Q, I now have a harmony hub and use an Echo dot to control it. Took a lot of setting up but seems stable.

If you contact Amazon get them to phone you back (they are very quick) as you might get a sensible answer which you won't from their automated chat.

Thanks @bob1234

I see Logitech are no longer selling their Harmony products which is a shame. I lost the will to live with Amazon support, they just did the usual "reset your router", "factory reset your Fire Cube" etc.

I will have to continue the intense physical effort of pressing the "speak" button on my Q remote!

I gave up as well.  I realised that a remote is a better User Interface.  Luckily I paid £50 for the cube.

@Jonny+JThey have stopped selling their remote controllers but they still advertise the hub on their site and Amazon still sell it.

Thanks for the advice Bob, received my Harmony Hub today, working fine with Sky Q and Alexa.
