Sky Q box won't work reset it following all online tips and it keeps going through the three start up steps but won't turn on.

Does it reach the 'Press Home button when screen goes black'? If yes & you do this the Q box goes into standby rather than turning on (mine does which seems strange) so I have to click the on/off button. What happens when you do this?
